Battle Bots
We have divided the Battle Bots competition into two categories according to difficulty so that both schoolchildren and students will find their way.
Battle Bots lvl. 1 is a competition for elementary school pupils whose essence is to program a warrior robot in the virtual arena that can defeat all opponents in the final virtual battle. We will provide software for the construction of the robot, contestants have to think about the design of the robot, the installation of engines, batteries, and the drive. Contestants have several weeks to get ready, when they have the opportunity to train at SPŠE Plzeň.
Battle Bots lvl. 2 is a competition for high school and university students to design, construct, and program a warrior robot that can defeat all opponents in the final robot battle. We will provide space for the robot construction and development in our SIT Port Garage, where it is possible to borrow the necessary parts for the construction. Competitors have several weeks to prepare and consult.
The aim of the competition is to combine what children like – computer games – with an activity that helps to gain new knowledge in the field of technology, construction.
