In 2026, we look forward to welcoming you again to the modern premises of the TechTower technology park.

• When: November 5–7, 2026

• Where: TechTower, Pilsen

• Admission: FREE

Deciding where to go after primary school does not have to be difficult. "Posviť si na budoucnost" (Shine a Light on the Future) is the largest high school festival in the Pilsen Region, held annually in Pilsen. It helps pupils find their bearings in the offer of high schools from across the region, discover new opportunities, and take the first step towards choosing the right school and future direction.

What can you look forward to at the festival?

Dozens of high schools, from grammar schools and secondary vocational schools to vocational training centers, will present themselves in one place.

Thanks to this, you can:

• Explore the complete range of fields of study in the region.

• Talk directly to teachers and the students of individual schools themselves.

• Find out what you really enjoy and clarify where you want to steer your future.

Festival program and registration

To ensure a smooth process and maximum comfort for everyone, the program is divided into three days:

November 5–6, 8:00–13:00: Reserved for primary schools

• These days are intended for organized groups of primary school pupils accompanied by teachers.

• Registration required on the website: www.posvitsinabudoucnost.cz

November 7, 9:00–15:00: For parents and their children

• Saturday belongs to families. Come together to explore further study options, talk with school representatives, and plan the next steps.

• Admission: free and without registration.

Even before visiting the festival, you can take advantage of useful materials directly on the website:

• How to choose a high school and online festival card

• Career counseling and recommendations for parents

Parking

We recommend using public transport – tram No. 2 will take you directly near the complex.
If you arrive by car, you can use the parking house or the adjacent streets.
Parking inside the TechTower premises is not possible.

The organization of the festival is financed by the project "Implementation of the Long-term Education Plan of the Pilsen Region" (reg. no.
